This website does not have user accounts or contact forms, so we only receive personal data that you choose to send us directly - by email, WhatsApp, or social media - together with limited technical data collected automatically when you browse the site. Specifically:

• •The content of your messages and our correspondence with you
• •Usage data collected automatically via Google Analytics - pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and a truncated IP address

We do not collect payment or card details, we do not ask for identity documents, and we do not request or store any special categories of personal data such as health or biometric information. There is nothing to sign up for on this site, so if you never contact us, the only data we hold about you is the anonymous usage data described above.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, each with a corresponding legal basis under the GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection:

Some of these providers are based outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This site is served over HTTPS, and access to client data is limited to the people working on your project. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years from our last contact with you, and Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookies are placed on your device. You can change your choice at any time using the "Reset Cookies" link in the footer of any page, and any analytics cookies already stored will be deleted if you switch to declining.
